Elia pressed the time machine’s button one last time and thought, "If nothing has changed this time either, I'm done hoping."
The machine hummed softly, lights blurred, colors stretched—and he was launched into the future.
When he opened his eyes, he stood before a building with glowing letters that read:
“Delphi: Global Exhibition of Living Artworks.”
Screens surrounded him, each displaying a moving digital piece. But these weren’t just visuals—they were alive. Every NFT interacted with its audience: shifting colors, transforming shapes, reciting poems, even telling stories.
A child stepped forward and asked, “Who are you?”
The artwork paused, then gently formed a face with swirling color and said:
"I am you—when you dream."
Elia exhaled, heart trembling.
"This... this is exactly what I always wanted."
In the old world, he had been an invisible artist. He minted NFTs with hope, but saw nothing from resales, had no control over platforms, no real connection to those who experienced his work.
But here, in this future, every NFT was tied to its creator. Through Delphi’s smart contracts, artists remained true owners of their pieces—and earned their fair share from every view, every interaction.
Tears welled in his eyes.
Just then, a young woman landed beside him, stepping out of her own time machine. Her eyes lit up.
"You made it too? They said you have to see Delphi’s future to believe it. They say the artists' revolution started here."
On the grand exhibition wall, a single sentence glowed:
“The Artist’s Revolution: When Creators Own the Platform.”
Elia smiled.
"Not just the platform... the future."
